  Good store but management need to ensure that foreigners using the store do not harass other customers and act like vultures. If this continues I certainly will not shop at Asda Cumbernauld. I have given 4 stars as this was always a good store but if this continues it will be 1 star or less. I do not wish to be surrounded by eastern europeans pushing me out of the way and trying to take product out of my hands and then taking product out of my basket . This is unacceptable behaviour. Better management control would help and may also help reduce thefts from this stores which I saw clearly taking place from some members of this about 12 strong group Friday evening. It is not racist to stop or challenge thieves or bad behaviour or to stand up to bully boy tactics from aggressive people

  Great local superstore staff are real friendly .
  Facilities for impaired shoppers are good also .only downside is at busy times there is a wait at the kiosk for lottery and tobacco products .

  Very helpful customer service when I took back my broken hoover they exchanged it with no quibbles I find the staff there very friendly, patient and helpful, plenty parking and good prices on all goods!
