  Extremely hit and miss with the carvery! Went there 6.30pm on 20/04/2017 and it looked and tasted like the food had been there all day. When pointed out the "tortured" roast potatoes, credit to the staff, fresh "tortured" one's were brought out. Don't get me wrong, staff are great, well, with the exception of the one that we asked about the disabled toilet being occupied, we were told it was the handle that was broken and " we should really get it fixed" as it has seemingly been like that for a while. Oh then we got to deserts, these were good apart from the glass for the kids ice cream that had a dangerous chip out of the rim. Improvements need to be done fast before people vote with there feet and dine elsewhere as there are plenty of other places in Cumbernauld. This review was going to be sent to the manager but unfortunately no contact email is available on the website. (Might want to review that one) So now it's on here. I've not wrote a review before, but felt I had to say how our experience went. Try here if your a gambler as its 50/50 what you get.

  Dreadful. Went in today at 11.25, was told lunch would start in 15 min so as a party of 5 we decided to get drinks, tea, coffee etc while we waited. When we went to order our drinks, we were then told, no coffee or tea available.. So we asked again about lunch only to then be told, they actually didn't know when lunch would be served as it's up to the chefs. Needless to say we left. Probably won't be back if we were honest.
